aging equipmentmissing hinge
the gym was a letdown, feeling pretty neglected. equipment was old, i saw some machines rusting. handwritten labels were where dials had fallen off, also hinge covers were missing. it didn't match the rest of the hotel.

The hotel is lovely. The interior looks fancy.
The room was too hot, even with the fan i found. the window barely opened. i also had to request another towel from reception even though i booked for two guests. The staff member asked if i had checked the bed first!

i used the sister hotel's facilities, and the wet changing room and pool facilities were perfect! everything was clean, well-staffed and safe, with a lifeguard on duty! the breakfast was excellent too! great choices, and the fruit salad was lovely it was fresh and well presented. i enjoyed using the spa area because the lady who looked after it was super friendly and helpful.
the self-service check-in asked for info i already provided and took ages. the reception staff seemed nonchalant and reluctant to just check me in.

The staff were polite. The room was spacious and clean. I found a fridge which was a nice surprise. The leisure facilities featured a heated pool, a sauna, a steam room, a rain shower, and a large hot tub. Breakfast offered a large selection including kippers and smoked salmon.
I thought that the room was slightly too warm.
